The Indianapolis Chapter was established in 1963 and currently has 35 active members and two Lifetime members.
Charter and early members of the Indianapolis Chapter included Mary Hawkins, Alpha Blackburn and Jimmye Ruth Edwards. Indianapolis hosted their first National Convention in 1970.
